We also have a teen life skills group that is currently accepting new teens on a waitlist.

Teen Resources

We are hooked in with the local community. We can make recommendations for:

  • ADHD/Autism/Diagnostic Assessments

  • IEP Assessment & Support

  • Prescribers that work well with children and teens

  • Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs)

  • Inpatient options and resources

We are happy to provide recommendations based on the feedback we have received from past and current clients and can verify accepting new patients and referrals.

Parenting Classes & Support

We offer a variety parenting support. If you are struggling with your child’s behavior, please reach out to schedule with one of our child therapists to get support and direction in learning ways to shift the dynamic and support your child. In addition to provided 1:1 parent support, we also run a program to support parents with kids experiencing anxiety and/or OCD symptoms.

Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE): A parent group that teaches parents how to set up their anxious child or child with OCD up for success. It teaches how to stop accommodations that can make anxiety worse over time. This group is research driven and has been shown to be as effective as individual counseling for the child.
