At BrainBody Wellness, we provide virtual counseling for teens across Arizona and in-person therapy in Scottsdale, AZ. While we serve adults and families too, most of our licensed therapists have specialized training in child and adolescent mental health, with a focus on supporting ages 10–21 through life’s toughest transitions.

Many teens feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns they can't explain. We're here to help them break free from anxiety, OCD, and other challenges—with tools that work and therapists who truly understand.

Our therapists support young people navigating:
• Child anxiety & panic attacks
• OCD & intrusive thoughts
• Shyness & social anxiety
• Depression
• Low self-esteem
• Bullying and peer issues
• ADHD
• Cutting/self-harm

If your child or teen is struggling with anxiety, OCD, or emotional distress, we’re here with judgment-free, trauma-informed support that meets them where they are.

Support for parents

Being a parent is hard. Teens are dealing with changing biology, a growing brain and increased desire for independence. It’s a lot. Learn new strategies to stop the power struggles and support your teen in developing into the best version of themselves. (Hint: it all starts with understanding their brain and recognizing what is being triggered within you).

How to Get Started

Step 2:

Schedule Intake

Intake appointments typically take 45-55 minutes to complete and involve gathering a thorough history and creating a treatment plan.

Step 3:

Watch your teen improve their emotional management.

After the intake, you will be provided a weekly or bi-weekly time slot (depending on the need of your teen). Follow-up sessions are around 50 minutes in length. Your teen will learn skills and tools to manage their distress, and will start to improve.
